We welcome all qualifying returns for store credit/refund only within 30 days from date of purchase. We do not offer exchanges as most of the items will be out of stock by the time we would receive the returned item. We simply encourage you to purchase the correct size of the item when convenient for you.
Non qualifying items - smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged will not qualify. Items must be in its original condition with tags attached. If your items do not qualify for store credit/exchange you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned. If arrangements are not made - after 30 days the items will go to a local charity.
Once we receive returns they will be processed within 3 business days and at that time you will be issued a store credit/refund for the amount of the item(s) and you will be able to use your credit on anything you would like. Original Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All Sale/Clearance item sales are final and do not qualify for store credit or refund.
Defective Items OR Problems with Shipment
PLEASE inspect ALL items as soon as they arrive. All damages and any problems need to be reported within 2 days of arriving by email, . We will happily get you taken care of and apologize for any errors. We do our very best to inspect each and every item before leaving our facility. Please do not use scissors when opening the packages.
Please keep in mind if the item that you purchased is HAND WASH ONLY, PLEASE----- DO NOT wash in any type of machine. The delicate cycle or hand wash machines are not always guaranteed; sometimes items tend to shrink or bleed. Hand wash in your sink or tub with a delicate detergent. Please see tags for instructions on how to properly take care of your item.
